Data Book on Understudied, Underrepresented, and Underreported Populations

The Office of Research on Women’s Health (ORWH) has released the fifth edition of the Health of Women of U3 Populations Data Book, which explores the health of women of understudied, underrepresented, and underreported (U3) populations. The Health Data Book provides information to widen our knowledge base on how intersecting social constructs, such as class, race, age, and gender can influence treatment outcomes and trajectories of U3 populations of women.

Chapter 5 (pages 130-155) specifically focuses on Autoimmune and Other Inflammatory Diseases.
